Olivia’s Gift is in honor of Olivia McCurdy (killed on Highway 58 in March 2003 at the age of 2) and her giving spirit. Even at the young age of 2, Olivia understood the principles of sharing and felt the need to often share her toys, books and love with all those around her. By raising money for the preschool, Olivia’s sharing spirit continues to live on.

Money for Olivia’s Gift is raised through Liv’s Run. A 5K run held at the Cottage Grove High School each year in October. All the proceeds go to funding preschool projects and tuition for less fortunate families.
